The Western Cape Provincial Commissioner Lt. General K.E. Jula addressed the media about Operation Lockdown in the Belhar area which took place today.
The operation yielded positive results when two suspects were arrested with a substantial amount of tik and another three suspects were arrested when 298 Mandrax tablets were found in their possession.
